You've spent years showing up for everyone else. Five quick questions show you where to start putting yourself back on your own list: your goals, your habits or your fitness.
Here's the truth: you're not lazy, and you're not broken.
After decades of coaching women, Deborah sees the same three things keep a woman off her own list: no clear goals, no daily habits, or no fuel in the tank.
This quiz shows you which one to start with.

Your starting point: Goals
Name Your Destination
You are not short on drive. You've been driving hard for years, just toward everyone else's destination. The kids, the business, the team, your parents. You know something needs to change, and you're ready. What's missing is a clear picture of what "first" looks like for you.
You can't put yourself first if you've never decided what first means. That isn't a flaw. It's simply the step most accomplished women skip, because they go straight to everything they didn't do. Your first move is to look back at what worked, then decide where you're going. Once the destination is clear, the habits have something to carry you toward.
Your 3 first steps this week
Write your wins. List your highlights from the last 12 months before you look ahead. Your wins are proof of who you already are.
Goal storm for ten minutes. Write every goal that comes to mind: your body, your health, your family, your business, your faith, your finances. No editing.
Circle your top 10. Choose the ten that matter most. Those become the targets for everything else.
Your starting point: Habits
Build Your Vehicle
You know where you want to go. You've started before, more than once, and you know exactly what to do. The trouble isn't knowing. It's staying with it after a busy week, a trip or a late night turns into "I'll start Monday."
That isn't a lack of willpower. It's a slow process of quitting: one skipped walk, one late night, a hundred little quits. Good intentions fade by Wednesday. Habits don't. Your goals are the destination. Your habits are the vehicle. Your next step is to build habits for your worst day, keep score, and get back up fast when you slip.
Your 3 first steps this week
Write a short habit list. Choose three to five daily habits you could keep on your worst day, not your best.
Grade yourself every night. Five habits, you did four? That's 80%. Average the week for your weekly score. What gets measured gets done.
Get back up fast. If you miss a day, start again the next morning. Don't wait for Monday. One off day doesn't have to become a lost week.
Your starting point: Fitness
Refuel Your Tank
You know what you want, and you have the ambition to go after it. But you're running on empty. By 3 o'clock your energy is gone, and when you're that tired, the first thing to go is anything physical. You've been giving your best to everyone, and the tank hasn't been refilled in a long time.
When your body is running on empty, everything runs on empty: your patience, your confidence, your leadership. The good news is that energy is built, one day at a time. When a woman gets strong in her body, she gets strong everywhere. Your starting point is simple: move first, get strong, and decide your plate ahead of time.
Your 3 first steps this week
Move first thing. Take a walk in the morning, before the day can take that time from you. Start with whatever length feels right today.
Get strong. Plan two or three strength sessions this week at a level that fits where you are today.
Decide your plate ahead of time. Prep simple meals on Sunday, protein first, so you're never deciding what to eat when you're tired and rushed. When your plate is decided, your day is decided.
Please check with your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
